09/25/2024 This practice is fabulous! Every time I come in to the office I am greeted like family! I have had a huge fear of the dentist for many years, Dr Carly and the rest of the team do everything they can to calm my fears each and every time. I had to have a procedure with Leidi and she did such a great job, she was calming and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Angela and Laura are also very welcoming. 08/27/2024 I recently had a great experience at Dr. Carly’s dental office today. My hygienist , Kim was so gentle and thorough, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire cleaning. Dr. Carly was also wonderful, taking the time to explain everything to me and address any concerns I had.
Additionally, Laura at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Overall, the entire staff at Dr. Carly’s office was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.
I highly recommend Dr. Carly , Kim, and Laura to anyone in need of a great dental experience. Thank you for providing excellent care and making my visit a pleasant one. Sana Ali Google
08/20/2024 I’ll preface this review by saying that I HATE going to the dentist with the fire of a thousand suns. And I know lots of people do. But if you took all their collective hate and balled it into one, then you have the depth of my absolute hate of going to the dentist. So basically, I’d rather do anything else than go to the dentist. I have to get numb just for a cleaning (preferably so I don’t feel my face). Needless to say, I don’t go regularly, and apparently that’s not good. I do practice good oral hygiene but that’s not enough, especially as you get older (I’m 61). Finally, I broke down and went to Polin Dental on the recommendation of several colleagues. My first appointment was for an assessment (x-rays and to figure out what was going on). After hearing better news than I expected (all my teeth are not, in fact, imminently gonna fall out), they convinced me to go ahead and get a basic cleaning since I was there. So I pulled up my granny panties, laid there like I had rigor mortis clenching every muscle in my body, let them numb me, and I got a basic cleaning (which wound up helping a lot more than I thought it would, especially my ‘angry’ gums). Then I went back today 8/20/2024 for the first of a 2 quadrant deep scale (my hygienist is the lovely and incredibly patient Vicky). I was less anxious today but was still clenching and I have nail marks in my hands from balling my fists so hard. The fact that I went back, and am going back AGAIN in a few weeks for the other quadrant deep scale, is in itself a testament to their practice (and Vicky). From your very first call, to the moment you walk out the door after your visit, the care and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff is top notch first class – a masterclass in how to treat a patient (who is also a customer). They are patient, kind, humorous and extremely understanding especially of us grown up babies who just DON’T WANNA!!! If you are anxious or afraid or have had a bad experience in the past, or you simply just don’t wanna, trust me, do yourself and your teeth a favor and make an appointment. Otherwise, your teeth might fall out (jk). Legal Chick Google
